Our first appointment is called the intake and is 50 minutes in length. I ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork.
You do have the option of clicking on the link to the left to download and print the intake packet. You will need Adobe Reader in order to view and print the form. The packet includes my professional disclosure statement, an intake form, business practices, and consultation and taping form. Please do not sign anything you are uncomfortable with, simply bring it to the first appointment and we will discuss it before we proceed.
My fee is $80 for an intake session and each subsequent 50 minute session. For pre-marriage or couples counseling there may be an additional $30 fee for an online Prepare/Enrich assessment or $35 for a paper test.
I would be willing to discuss reduced fee options on an as needed basis. I do reserve a percentage of my clinical hours as reduced fee however am unable to guarantee their availability.
My fee for groups are $35 per person per session. Each session will last 90 minutes.
